📖 About This Game
Those Born of Gods | Omen Game 5 is a standalone card game for two players. Like the other new Omen games, this standalone game features 22 Unique Unit cards and 6 Unique Krater cards, each offering new Traits and abilities, and is fully compatible with all new (and future) Omen games.
In Omen games, players alternate taking turns gaining and spending Coins to play Unit cards, each with their own unique effects, to their side of three different Cities (each comprised of two City/Krater cards) to trigger effects and sack the Cities; vying to the winner by having the most points when the game ends.
When a City is Sacked, the player with the most Strength in that City gains one of that City's Krater cards. When both of a City's Kraters have been claimed, that City is Razed. When all three Cities are Razed, the game ends and players score points for the Krater Cards and Coveted Units in their hand, as well as the broken Krater Cards and facedown Triumph Units in their Rewards.
Rushing to Sack the Cities, playing towards completing Triumphs, and hopefully hoarding Coveted Units in your hand; Omen offers several paths to scoring points and impressing the deathless, watching Olympians.
While this game reimplements Omen: A Reign of War, it is not compatible with any previous Omen: A Reign of War title or expansion.
