This was the promotional card for Gen Con 2019. Later released as part of the Red Dragon Inn 10 Promo Pack 2.
It is a Prize card for ante during gambling, saying: "The next time you ante, add this card to the Prize Bin, then draw 3 cards from your Character Deck."
On the back side of the card are instructions for the Prize Variant, to "sweeten the pot during a Round of Gambling."
