Strandbüfé ("Food Truck") is a refreshing summer game, the third in the creator's seasonal card game series. You play as a food truck owner on the beach. Your goal is to attract as many customers as possible, serve them quickly and efficiently, and manage your inventory and employees wisely. You also want to earn stars for your business to indicate high quality, as well as various additional bonuses to increase your final score. The winner is the player with the most points after 6 rounds. The game can be played on two difficulty levels and also has a solo version. A food truck is run by three workers, each with a different action point value. You need to optimize the use of these action points between attracting and serving customers, and restocking your inventory. At the beginning of the round, all players take guest cards by open drafting (bidding in expert mode), then they serve their guests' orders by placing the necessary ingredients onto the cards – in the same turn, or no later than the next one. If you serve a guest properly, the card is worth points at the end of the game: the trickier the order, the more points you get. Meanwhile, you should make sure to replenish your stocks, because if you run out of ingredients and fail to complete an order, the customer will leave, giving your food truck a bad name.
