Soccer Duel

Soccer Duel includes 84 tiles. 80 show a fourth of either 1 or 2 soccer balls of 6 diff colors/patterns. Other 4 are 3 15-second "yellow card" tiles and 1 30-second "red card" tile. 2-Player game: each player draws 6 tiles and places them facedown in front of themselves. They then pick 1 to play faceup to their tableau as a starting tile. Mix the rest facedown and place between the 2 players. Players then simultaneously race to build their tableaus by placing tiles in them. Players may use one te faceup tiles in front of them or draw one of the facedown tiles in the middle. Tiles must be placed adjacent to existing tiles and must be placed so that any soccer ball quadrants on adjacent tiles line up and match in terms of color/pattern. If you can't play a tile, discard it to your box/ If you draw a "yellow card" or "red card" tile, you must wait the indicated amount of time (15 or 30 seconds) before you being playing again. Then discard the tile and draw another. After playing or discarding a tile, draw another from the pile. Once all tiles have been played, players swap their discard boxes then use their opponent's discarded tiles to fill out their tableau.
