ROMPANION

ROMPANION (ロンパニオン) is a party game from Japan, in which players tell a story and then discuss it to reach a conclusion that is not just black or white. The designer was inspired by the idea of create a more nuanced outcome to a discussion and produced a game with a gradual scale in five stages, with matching colours and symbols. A player draws a combination of cards and tells a story based upon the prompts on the cards. The other players discuss the story with a view to bringing players to accept their analysis.
