It was given at League Play Dec 2011 Alyssa Ashcroft Level 1 (2): When Alyssa explores, if she is only using 1 weapon, you can pay 20 ammo. In that case, that weapon gets +10 damage during this turn. Level 2 (5): During your turn, you can name a card type. In that case, reveal the top card of your inventory, if the revealed card was the named type, draw it and you get +1 explore during this turn.
