Realms & Royals

In this game each player takes control over their own realm, represented by standard playing cards. Realms & Royals is a simple racing/deck-building game where players try to expand cards on their hand in order to obtain the most valuable royal cards. Each suit represents distinct layer of the medieval society, and requires different combination of the cards in order to get it. When it's your turn, you may do one of three actions: buy a card - receive the social strata card from the common market get a random card - play some cards with value at least 5 points to receive the card from the deck get a royal card - play the card of matching suit and required value to receive the royal card reset your deck - take all the played cards back to your hand The game lasts until the deck empties or one of the players reaches 40 points by getting the right royal cards. Then the final scoring oncomes: each player gets points for their royals, but only the player with the highest total score of each suit in their deck gets the points. There are multiple paths to victory.
