They also discovered the special riches in some Moons, and they established a commercial network by building Enclaves linked to the Stars…» There are three types of special structures in the expansion: the Proton Cannon, the Commercial Enclave and the Orbital Base. Each player can only build one of them per turn, as long as there are tokens available and during any phase of their turn. They can be captured along planets (or stars in the case of Commercial Enclaves)
