Negotiator Cards each add a power that can be used once per game. The Defender allows re-rolling any Threat Roll that results in one of more killed Hostages. This card was offered in the Salvation Road kickstarter. This card was also included in all copies of the Veteran pledge level of the Hostage Negotiator: Crime Wave Kickstarter campaign.
