Frères d'Armes is a rule of game for every period of history, romans, medieval and even Fantasy. It's a skirmish game with collectible figures, and you can also use it for role playing. You need about ten figurines of any sort in each team, one die (10,20 or 30)and a few coins. 28 mm figurine are all right for this game. You can find resin figurines for this game sold by the publisher. Notice that the rules are in French and in english. Expansion are all in french.
