Flug zum Mond

German game published as a special supplement in the Housewife's Journal in 1940. A simple roll and move game where players start from earth centered in the middle of the board and race along 112 squares to reach the moon. The playing pieces are cut out hot air balloons. Along the way players can advance or be penalized on certain numbered spots. Translated as 'Flight to the Moon' this German game has beautiful color illustrations, and written down the bottom is special supplement to 'The Leaf of the Housewife' (gr.1886) 54th year (1940). —user summary
