A new Captain Card that can be used with the 1-2p variants and is the toughest Captain yet! Text says: Reveal the top boat card at the start of the launch boats phase. If it a 2 coin boat card add it to Captain Louder's fleet, if not, discard it. During the auction phase, Captain Louder will be on licenses even if has already won one that round. He may win more than one license during the auction phase.
