Expande Negocios is aimed at students, employees, professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners and investors. Expande Negocios consists of 3 levels by which players perform in a simulated way step by step to grow as great employees, to be owners of their own businesses and become investors, to achieve the much longed for financial freedom. Expande Negocios is a board game that teaches you to create business skills, such as negotiation, sales, detect opportunities, strategies, decision making etc. The person or people who can obtain a "Mega Investment" win(s) the game. —description from the publisher Players begin at the inner part of the game board, at the employee level. They roll dice to move their way around a route of fields with descriptions. At this level, they receive a small regular salary and have to gather enough money to start their own business. At the second (business owner) level, they will use their money from the first level to run their own businesses. This requires negotiation with other players. The goal is to systematize or automate their businesses so they can be promoted to the third and final level. At the investor level, players buy businesses and try to get rich enough for a mega investment. The first player(s) to manage that, wins the game. —user summary
