📖 About This Game
EFS is a light party game about voting, as aliens, on all the stuff found on your first visit to Earth. You picked up a lot of stuff and possibly a human or two who may be posing as aliens amongst you.
Each turn, one of the players (the leader for this turn) picks a topic and everyone votes on it using the E F S cards. The letters stand for Epic, Funky, and Smart, until the group redefines what they stand for. Like voting on Earth, the MAJORITY wins, but only if all of the letters E, F, and F appear in the vote. If only two of the three letters appear, the MINORITY wins. If everyone votes using the same letter, the leader loses a point. Ties make whatever the leader voted for the winning vote. Remember, you are voting as aliens, so you don't have to vote how you think. You can also discuss and lie about how you will vote.
Players gain a point for each winning vote they cast. The player with he most points after 2 rounds wins. Unless... there are humans; They win as a team if undetected. Unless... a player correctly accuses another player of being human. Accusing costs 3 points, but if correct, you win the game!
The game was designed with inclusivity and creativity in mind. Instead of prescribing topics, the language-independent cards are full of illustrations to help inspire players to come up with funny topics. The voting words (Epic, Funky, Smart) are customizable to suit any group. This 30-minute game is for 4-10 players, work colleagues, friends, families, creative comedians, drinking buddies, nerds, aliens, and deduction-style, light party game lovers.
There are two variants included in the game for you to discover. EFS is available as a Forever Free Print and Play Game with English and Japanese rules.
