This was given for October Shop Tournament Participation. The card is a yellow spell (light) promo card for the Dragoborne: Rise to Supremacy card game. This spell allows the player to draw 3 cards. If the player has a yellow banner, the cost to play this card (6) is reduced by 2 for every 1 shown on the player's dice.
