📖 About This Game

Shortly after your “happily ever after,” the two of you, the stable stalwart and the free-spirited idealist, come to an impasse. Cards have either your suit or your friend’s suit. Your deck’s dominant suit will decide where your convictions lie. Cards of your suit enable new actions, but you’ll also want to shift your cards into your friend’s deck if you want to change their mind. Can you cooperate towards a balanced resolution? If you are both stubborn you’ll separate.Although, you could dominate the narrative instead… Gameplay consists of the two of you taking turns performing actions to shift cards between the two of you, the shared support deck, and the reject pile. Players can take special actions with cards of their own suit, or they can take the default "express" action to place cards from their hand into the other player's deck. The game ends when one player concedes with the other player's cards, or when the support deck runs out. The resolution of the game depends on the make up of the players decks. If your deck has more cards of the other player's suit than your own suit, then you've changed your mind to favor your partner. If both players change their minds enough, they cooperate. If only one changes their mind, one player dominates the narrative. If neither changes their mind, they separate. -description from designer
