📖 About This Game
Tick tock tick tock, only a few minutes left before the end of the match.
I have to make a successful attack and score an unstoppable shot to win...
Otherwise, there'll be a penalty shootout... and that's going to be tough!
Each player receive 11 cards. Then turns are played alternatively.
Each turn players indicates which player they want to play. Values are compared. Higher value card allows to keep the ball.
Then each player refill his hand to 4 cards
If a player manage to keep the ball 2 turns they can attempt shooting at the goal.
Once all cards have been played whoever has the most goals win.
Three levels of play:
1. Beginner: Each player sees all or part of their opponent's 4 "active" cards and simultaneously decides to play one of their own. The value of the card played can allow you to either keep the ball or lose it. If you manage to keep the ball for 2 rounds, you exit the passing phase and move on to the shooting phase.
Shooting is done through a duel in the form of "chifoumi," hence the name of the game... chifootmi!
2. Amateur: Each player is given 3 "Dribble/Tack" cards. Dribbling allows you to keep the ball during the passing phase, but the opposing tackle can block this dribble... or cause a free kick (chifootmi)!
So be careful with this choice.
3. Pro: Shooting, except for a free kick or penalty, is resolved by cards and not by a chifootmi. To score, you must place a card of higher value but with a maximum difference of 3.
For the 3 levels, a penalty shootout chifootmi can take place if the players are tied when all the cards have been played.
