📖 About This Game

A miniatures wargame set in a version of Earth with animal-based countries. From Napoleonic France populated by burrowing mammals, to an Ottoman Empire founded by reptilian nomads, Brushfire continues to follow our Legendary Realms roleplaying mentality with an indepth hero and army development system, as well as a complex Campaign design. (Publisher Blurb) The game features a unique and interesting system using 10 sided dice instead of the classic 6 sided. This creates new dynamics as well as new odds to master. In addition, the game has three different kinds of points by which to buy your army. This creates a very different feel than most war games, as an army feels like an army, not all heroes or all infantry. Finally, the game uses and RPG-like style of hero creation, where a player is given so many hero levels, which can be used to buy skills on a skill tree. Overall this makes for an original and fascinating game.
