📖 About This Game

From the back of the game box: BINARY DICE are the hottest and most versatile new concept in dice since the cube was invented. A single set of BINARY DICE can replace all those multi-sided dice: with 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20 and 30 sides. Simply use as many BINARY DICE as needed in each case: the two or three lowest in an ordinary family game, or all five for deciding an important outcome to within a resolution of 3%. Contents: 5 × BINARY DICE, rules for Binary Yatzy and Binary 3 in a Row." The set consists of just 5 little white square tiles, each of which is blank on one side and bears a number (1, 2, 4, 8 or 16) on the other. The dice can be used to play two games - Binary Yatzy (A Yatzee-like game that has an innovative scoring grid which adds an extra dimension to consider when taking one's score) and Binary 3 in a row (Tic-tac-toe using the binary dice - players cast the first 3 binary dice and then must flip one of them before using the total sum to place their mark, so there is some thought involved).
