BattleTech: Map Set 3

User Comment: One of 6 map sets released by FASA to expand the available terrain for BattleTech, BattleForce and CityTech, this was the first map set to be released only in a paper version. This map set contained the maps "Desert Mountain #1", "Desert Mountain #2", "Desert Sinkhole #1", "Desert Sinkhole #2", "Rolling Hills #1", "Rolling Hills #2", "City Hills/Residential #1" and "City Hills/Residential #2". This Map Set was bundled up with Map Set 2 and Map Set 4 and the three sets re-issued as one item by FanPro, as the Classic Battletech Map Compilation 1. In Germany, this set was released by FanPro under the name "GeoTech II."
