Barbaria: Race to Valhalla

Nov 2016: On this page, you find a Print and Play prototype version of my barbarian card game. I recently found a publisher, signed a license agreement, the game will be published at some point in 2017. There'll be changes in artworks, rules and layout, so you're not looking at the "final version" here. From the designer: Grab some friends and compete on an epic quest for glory. With 108 cards and 6 dice, Barbaria fits in every pocket and provides a wonderful beer and pretzel experience. It is my take on the dungeon crawler genre: I stripped off all complicated and redundant components, like game boards, miniatures, long rulebooks, hundreds of markers. It is designed to be a quick, easy and fun game, while still mainstaining the core: you control a hero, get stronger, fight monsters and find treasure, and you roll a lot of dice. All 100+ illustrations are hand drawn and colored in aquarel. I'd appreciate feedback! :)
