High Arbiter Alastor is the Arbiter of Demons, the Dark Master of the War. There are many names for someone who has forgotten his own. ARBITER ALASTOR Arbiter Orders Orders per Turn: 3 Influence Zone: 12 inches. Limitation: Alastor’s Arbiter Orders do not affect Characters of equal or greater level, other Arbiters, or Summoned creatures. o - Motum (Special, Effect) Move one friendly unit within Alastor's Influence Zone 2 inches. This does not count as a Movement.
