The Game of Interstellar Empire Building. A game of interstellar conquest, diplomacy and economics. The game concentrates on the military competition by the major political powers within a region for control of economic resources, and hence domination of the region. Many minor worlds scatter the region and act as flashpoints for conflict between the major worlds. Comprised a large hex star map, a 42-page A4 booklet and two sheets of stiff card counters (not pre-cut). This is a hex-based wargame with diplomacy elements. One scenario (Power Struggle after the Collapse) is provided along with guidance for how to create your own. The game is designed to be highly customizable.
