Harry Potter: Potions magiques

Players gather the ingredients needed to make their potions by drawing cards from the playing area, from the draw pile, or directly from their opponents' deck (watch out for the Cauldron Exchange card!) - and can even choose an ingredient using the Professor's Favorite card. The first to make 3 potions wins the game and obtains their Universal Elemental Witchcraft Certificate, with an Optimal rating.
