Edo Promo #1: Special Authorization Cards

First non-exclusive Kickstarter promo expansion for Edo. The bonus promo consists of two additional special authorization cards, introducing a new type of action to the game: Charter. If your action is the charter action you can choose one of the actions on one of your unused action cards which you did not use this turn instead. This allows you to see how the turn plays out before deciding on your final action!
